In a neighborhood where ramen shops come and go, Mutekiya still manages to stand out with its homemade noodles and ingredients, in a broth of pork bones and rich, fragrant soy sauce. The quality is also evident in the pork slices served with the bowl. We recommend the house classic of sliced pork and egg(nikutama), but also the more original Honmaru Black, noodles in a sesame clam soup. Last but not least: the place is open until 4am!
