The line is long to enter this small sushi restaurant. And for good reason, Midori Sushi manages to offer very fresh and high quality sushi at an amazing price. The reason is simple: you don't sit down to eat. Customers stand around a counter and order their sushi, which they quickly eat to make room for the next customer. If it's not ideal for resting, what wouldn't it be for eating good sushi? In any case, the concept works well in Japan.
