This restaurant chain, based in Sapporo, offers delicious Japanese curries, the secret of which it alone knows. Very visual, the dish consists of a succulent curry-soup base, into which are plunged numerous seasonal vegetables or other meats. You can choose the base as well as the level of spices (don't tempt the devil!). Several mouth-watering à la carte ingredients can be added to your selection for even greater gourmet pleasure. It can get crowded, especially at weekends.
