In the maze of corridors of the huge Tokyo station, from where the shinkansen leave, there is a small "street" well known to ramen lovers: Tokyo Ramen Street. As its name indicates, here, we speak and eat ramen. About ten restaurants welcome you to discover different types of ramen, from several regions of Japan. You walk around, you work up an appetite, you choose and you order the selected dish at the machines. It can get crowded at peak times. The place is quite successful.
