KAOTAN RAMEN
Simple and effective, the soy ramen from this little shop has everything to satisfy and is worth queuing up for.
The facade of this ramen joint may not look like much, but there's a long queue at the entrance, which in Tokyo is often a sign of quality. Its anachronistic feel is also part of the place's charm. The main thing, however, is the taste of the ramen bowl: soft noodles in a delicious soy-sauce broth, served with chashu pork (marinated pork). Gyoza, a kind of Chinese ravioli, are also worth trying. All in all, this is an address that doesn't lack charm and, above all, doesn't disappoint.
