YABUSOBA NAMIKI
Good address to test the yabusoba, the typical buckwheat pasta of Tokyo. Just dip the tip in a thick sauce.
Nice little popular restaurant of soba, the traditional buckwheat noodles. The address is very famous in Asakusa, especially for yabusoba, noodles served with a thick salty soup made of soy sauce. Once the noodles are eaten, the cooking water is poured into the broth to drink. In 2013, the house celebrated its 100th anniversary! The dishes are not displayed at the entrance, but a menu in rōmaji (Latin alphabet) will help you make your choice. An old address, but not aged for a penny.
