OHMATSUYA
This buckwheat noodle restaurant, in the middle of Ginza, transports us to the flavours and smells of the countryside of yesteryear.
This good soba restaurant is located on the 7th floor of a narrow building. Inside, we feel like in a traditional style house. A good smell of soup welcomes us. The low tables have a small hibachi, a typical Japanese stove. The buckwheat noodles are fresh, the broth is fragrant and the beef is grilled in front of us. We want to linger there. The place also proposes a selection of excellent sakes from Yamagata. We like it, especially since in the district, it is one of the good traditional addresses.
