Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa trained in Europe with the greatest names such as Bocuse or Robuchon, but in his Tokyo restaurant he offers innovative Satoyama cuisine, i.e. cuisine inspired by life as close to Japanese nature as possible. Nature is omnipresent and is reflected in his creations: earth, water, fire, coal and forest come to life in the plates, like real painted landscapes. The restaurant has been ranked among the 50 best restaurants in the world for more than ten years.
