NARISAWA
Chef Narisawa creates a cuisine inspired by nature, and his dishes are designed like landscapes. A pleasure for all the senses.
Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa trained in Europe with such great names as Bocuse and Robuchon, but in his Tokyo restaurant he offers innovative Satoyama cuisine, that is, cuisine inspired by life as close to Japanese nature as possible. In fact, nature is omnipresent and reflected in his creations: earth, water, fire, coal and forest come to life in the plates, like real painted landscapes. The restaurant is ranked among the 50 best restaurants in the world. Two stars in the Michelin Guide 2025.
