This ryokan actually comprises two addresses. Both are located in the Ueno district, in the heart of the old town. Like the district itself, the ryokan and annex give the impression of being immediately immersed in the Japan of yesteryear. The rooms are clean and the comforts basic, but it's an ideal place to live and feel the Japanese tradition. Years go by and the place remains a real favorite. We highly recommend it.
