Not always easy to buy electronics in Japan, if only because the voltages are not the same or the manuals are entirely in Japanese. Laox in Akihabara caters to both foreign and local customers. The electronics channel sells 110/220 W items and offers a duty-free service, i.e. from the 4th to the 8th. The staff is multilingual, so that they can answer all questions about the products. A little extra: a certified tourist information centre inside.
