The latest addition to Nihombashi's Coredo shopping centers, Muromachi Terrace is designed as a space for living and discovering, as much as for shopping. In addition to the pleasant terrace, it's the gallery on the2nd floor that catches our eye. Here, Japanese artists and craftsmen exhibit their work: ceramics, fabric, jewelry, there's something for everyone. Rather than stores, these are small workshops, and you can sometimes see the artisans' creative process as much as participate in it. The food gallery doesn't disappoint either.
