Tōbu is a big shopping mall in Ikebukuro, like the Seibu! So big that you can spend a whole day there without ever finding your way out. There is a nice selection of Japanese and foreign restaurants on several floors. As is the norm in Japan, the basement is dedicated to food. In 9F, you can buy all kinds of small Japanese souvenirs, traditional or contemporary. On its 21 floors, Tōbu welcomes tens of thousands of visitors a day. It even has its own museum.
