Customers join in the fun, putting on their cat ears, meowing to place their order and chatting absurdly with the young women. The concept is also used in other cafés, where customers travel back in time, into the future or into the world of video games. It's completely offbeat, and the effort put into the decor and presentation helps you to believe it. The only downside is that it quickly becomes rather expensive.
