TOKYO TOWER
The tower dating from 1958 is quite a symbol. To be visited with the Zozo-ji, an imposing temple that stretches out at its feet, imperturbable.
Built in 1958, it stands 333 metres high and resembles a lighthouse overlooking Tokyo. It is a symbol of the city. The first observation platform is 150 m above the ground. The second platform is 250 metres above ground (the top deck reopened in October 2024 after renovation). The first floor features a wax museum, a holographic space and a museum of records. Today, other observatories offer a better view of Tokyo. The tower also hosts a number of cultural events.
