GOTO MUSEUM
The program of this magnificent museum includes an eclectic collection of Japanese and Chinese paintings that belonged to Gotoh Keita, former president of the Tokyu corporation. Calligraphies, lacquers, sutras or archaeological objects, the palette is wide. It is here that the famous scroll of the Genji Monogatari, the Tale of Genji, a great classic of Japanese literature, is presented. Please note that it is only on display during the first week of May. There are also other paintings from the Heian period in this museum, as well as a tea house.
