This complex dedicated to contemporary art aims to revitalize the island of Tennozu in order to make it a new cultural and artistic centre in Tokyo. It includes six galleries (Kodama Gallery, Urano, Yamamoto Gendai, Yuka Tsuruno Gallery, SCAI park and Kosaku Kanechika), artist studios and a satellite campus of Yokohama Art University. All this takes place in a former industrial warehouse that was renovated and reopened in September 2016.
