Behind the main pavilion of the Hasedera, this restaurant, whose modest décor is reminiscent of a cafeteria, offers entirely vegetarian cuisine that follows Buddhist principles. The service is partly provided by monks from the temple. The menu is quite small: vegetarian pasta or curry, but tasty and served with care. Apart from the food, the interest of the place is the beautiful bay window with a view of the Pacific. One comes out full, peaceful, and reassured by the beauty of the blue ocean. A good choice for a day of good weather
