In an alleyway perpendicular to the Nishiki market, discover this discreet restaurant, nestled in a sublime machiya. The dishes are exquisitely refined, despite their apparent simplicity. Set against a backdrop of bossa nova and soft lighting, there's a kind of serenity here, in a space that's both calm and convivial, allowing you to fully appreciate the delicious cuisine. We particularly recommend the highly original chicken-lemon ramen, which is incredibly fresh! It's quite rare to eat ramen in such a setting.
