Ideally located in the center of Kyoto, along the ancient pilgrimage route to Kiyomizu-dera, this family-run hotel gracefully combines the meticulous service of a Japanese ryokan with the charm of a boutique hotel. Each room is adorned with an Inami carved wooden crossbeam on a different theme. The large, round Shigaraki ceramic bath invites you to relax, as do the freshly-ground coffee and bath salts. To complete your stay, meals(kaiseki or vegetarian) are served in your room. Everything makes you want to linger here.
