On the 10th floor of a building overlooking the Kamogawa River, this bar offers a beautiful view of the Kamogawa River and eastern Kyoto. The sofas are comfortably placed facing the glass so as not to miss anything of the show. Music blends in the background with the conversations of groups of friends who come to enjoy the festive menus. All sorts of small tapas inspired by world cuisines are on the menu: Indian samosa, Italian bagna cauda or Japanese pickled vegetables.
