The renowned restaurant of Lucia Soria, the protected Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, is one of the first to have opened in Sarandi Street in 2012, not far from the beautiful square Zabala. The slate is prepared according to seasonal products and the site is wide. We appreciate the terrace, the mouthful of the cover with very good bread and finely prepared entries, as well as desserts. On the other hand, dishes lack attention, both in cooking meat and in the accompanying proposal. The price is expected to be better. Too bad, all the more so since midmidi there is no «executive menu», everything is à la carte and prices are salted.
