LA PULPERÍA
The address is rustic, but this typical side makes all its charm. Many locals will tell you that they serve the best parrilladas in town. The meat is of exceptional quality, tender and perfectly cooked: vacio (flank steak), ojo de bife (sirloin), lomo (tenderloin), mojellas (sweetbreads), chinchulin (intestine), riñones (kidneys), morcilla (black pudding)... A delight. You sit on large stools facing the parrilla or at a table on the terrace. The only problem is that the place is often full, so you'll probably have to wait a while before you can sit down.
