EL MINGUS
The Mingus is an essential place to go out to Palermo and will soon become your favorite coffee shop. This colonial house with high ceilings, woodwork and old charm has been transformed into a jazz bar. Here guests are young, she comes to concerts and jazz jams organized every Tuesday at 9 p. m. Invited artists change weekly. Mingus is always animated, and its customers regularly override the sidewalk. Another particularity: It offers beautiful, copious plates and surprisingly sophisticated dishes that remind you of our national bistronomy. We love the beautiful interlaced with carefully observed bleeding, lamb with delicately prepared couscous, cheesecake sparkling and excellent Patagonia beer to water the whole. Finally, you will be tempted by a limoncello or a homemade cluster.
