It is the highest hill in the department with a height of 423 meters. It will take about an hour and a half to reach the top, where you will find a 35-meter high reinforced concrete cross, designed by the writer, sculptor and diplomat Juan Zorilla in 1933. The hill is visible from any corner of Piriápolis. You can get there by walking along a nice marked path, in the middle of the forest and the rock. Once at the top, it is possible to take a spiral staircase to the top of the cross.
