This restaurant offers excellent Basque and imaginative cuisine, including black anchovies, pink pagre or sea cicadas with garlic and saffron sauce. Also more typical dishes such as chipirones or octopus, and also meat, pasta, fajitas, risottos… The meal ends with a Basque liqueur, the Patxaran. Beautiful wine cellar. The products are quality and cooked perfectly. Very honest value for money.
