Author cuisine combined here in its noblest expression. The Peruvian leader, Sosimo Artega, develops fusion cuisine with European influences (France, Spain Italy), Argentina, Peru and Uruguay. To try: the chicken, Grass and Parmesan risotto or the tagliolini to the shrimp and the coquilles shells, a delight! Not forgetting the ceviche, one of the chef's specialities. The frame is modern, elegant and comfortable. The location attracts a rather easy international clientele. Very good breakfast. The winter nights (Friday and Saturday) of live music add a special note to this culinary experience. Wine list from Uruguay, Chile, Argentina, Italy, France and Spain, and cocktails. A minutas card is added to the traditional map from 12 am to 17 pm, for the hour of the almuerzo, to be enjoyed in the room or near the swimming pool.
