This is a typical Uruguayan fast food restaurant that serves traditional dishes such as chivitos (ciabatta bread sandwich, with veal tenderloin, tomatoes, York ham, mozzarella and lettuce), milanesas (thin slices of breaded veal or chicken) and choripans (roasted chorizo sandwich).
