Playa La Serena. The furthest beach from the center. Ideal for surfing and running (it is bordered by a wooden walkway).
Playa El Cabito. Located between La Balconda and Los Botes, this shallow beach has small rock pools that are safer for children. Good whale watching.
Playa Del Faro. As its name suggests, this beach is home to the Cape Santa Maria lighthouse, which was built in 1874 and can be climbed daily from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm until sunset. The price of the ticket is $30. The beach is surrounded by rocks where you can collect snails and fish.
