The life of this mill was short as a flour producer. Its activity began in 1876 and ended on March 7, 1881, after a fire. It worked with hydraulic energy thanks to the flow of the Rosarioriver. To complete the legend of this cursed building, it is said that the wife of the foreman drowned the day after the fire. Upon learning of her death, her husband committed suicide the following week! Since then, it has been known as the Molino Quemado (burned mill). Today it is declared a national monument. Mostly a pretext for a nice walk.
