This large century-old house was built in the 1870s by the Spaniard Francisco Serralta as the private residence of Dr. Emilio Penza Spinelli. An art museum was inaugurated in 1993 and in 2000 the house became the Casa de la Cultura. Since 2001, it has housed modern artworks and allows for various cultural activities. Discover here the works of the artist Claudio Silveira Silva, born in Rio Branco (border with Brazil) in 1935.
