This restaurant, located within the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, has an extremely elegant space with a superb view of the sea through a large bay window. The restaurant focuses on a fusion cuisine that blends many inspirations and the use of local products from sustainable agriculture. Chef Juan José Cuevas studied at Akelarre, a three-star Michelin restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain, but also at the great names of American cuisine in San Francisco and New York. Great art.
