La Mallorquina is probably the most famous of the restaurants, and also the most chic. American actors and other show business personalities do not fail to stop there on occasion. The reason for such popularity? History. Built in 1848 by Spaniards from Majorca, the house was transformed into a restaurant in 1936. According to the waiters, the menu would not have changed since then, as well as the bar and part of the furniture. Theasopao, with all its herbs and spices, remains the main specialty of the house.
