Since 1996, Tierra Santa has been exploring another culinary region of the world: the Middle East, which is quite original in Puerto Rico. Vegetarians will enjoy yellow lentil soup, divine hummus and tasty grilled eggplant; carnivores will not miss the kebabs. The management has not been satisfied with just offering oriental dishes. It has also focused on an atmosphere that is typical of Arab countries. Oriental dance shows are usually organized on Friday and Saturday evenings.
