BISTRO DE PARIS
The objective of this restaurant, which has been in existence for over 20 years, is simple: to introduce Puerto Ricans to French cuisine. And it works like a charm! Those who are looking for the exoticism of the Caribbean will pass their way. The others should however spend a good evening there. Onion soup, fish tartar, snails, Roquefort salad, hot camembert, duck breast with orange sauce, flank steak with Roquefort sauce, trout meunière... the small dishes concocted by the Norman chef and maitre d', Thierry Dupont, delight the palate.
