In a minimalist setting, this gourmet restaurant offers elegant cuisine, conceived and executed by Puerto Rican chef Mario Pagán. The inspirations come from the local culinary heritage. With high quality products, the dishes, quite copious, offer beautiful discoveries. The "Spiny Lobster Thermidor" is a must; gourmands will not miss the chocolate soufflé either. The preparation in the kitchen can take some time. An address to be preferred for a dinner if you are in the Condado district.
