This is our favorite kiosk in San Juan. He has everything for him: XXL opening hours, sun deck umbrellas protecting from sun or rain, perfectly priced coffees at a very friendly price, snacks (sweets and mallorcas), free Wi-Fi, and of course a dream location on one of the most charming squares of Old San Juan. If you take your breakfast in the morning, you will be able to complete the breakfast by buying a few fruit from the itinerant merchants.
