Beauty, soul and heart. A Puerto Rican couple with a passion for art runs this small luxury hotel with 6 suites dressed in beautiful antiques with Italian influences. The "Sage Steak Loft" offers the fruity recipes of chef Mario Pagàn and on the roof there is a popular bar with a Mediterranean feel. Not to mention the tasty experiences the hotel offers (see theolivexperience.com). The Olive was the 2019 winner of the Conde Nast Johnasens award for Best Small & Exclusive Hotel in the Americas. Simply superb.
