It would be a shame to come to Puerto Rico without tasting real local coffee. Joaquin Pastor Gonzalez, an agronomist whose family for decades has been in the Cialitos property, in the village Ciales near the forest of the Toro Negro, opened a coffee in late 2011. You can enjoy a pure 100% arabica coffee with a unique flavour in comfortable armchairs. Notice to amateurs of this beverage, whose taste buds will not be indifferent. You can also buy Cialitos coffee to take.
