MUSEO DE LOS SANTOS Y ARTE NACIONAL (MUSAN)

MUSAN defines itself as an eclectic, interdisciplinary, intergenerational and community-based arts space. A space for experimentation where new ideas are encouraged, but also a place dedicated to popular arts. One of the highlights is a beautiful collection of hand-carved "santos". At the time of our visit, the museum was in the process of moving to a brand new building under renovation, located in the Santurce neighborhood (1673 Ponce de Leon Avenue).
