Historical site, off the beaten track, facing the bay of San Juan. It is a former isolation center for leprosy patients, built in 1883. In 1910, 35 people still lived on the islet, before they were moved to a new center in 1926. The original structure remains. Today only ruins remain, but the site offers a beautiful view of the city of San Juan. Remnants of the World War II ramparts can also be seen here.
