Among the restaurants recommended by the Puerto Rico Tourist Board, this one deserves a special mention. The chef, Mirta Perez Toledo, prepares excellent cuisine, especially when it comes to fish (breaded red tuna with almonds and oyster sauce, seafood cassolette, salmon with caper sauce, mofongo with lobster or octopus..., to name a few dishes). On the meat side, entrecote and lamb shank are the delight of amateurs, but many people come here to taste its famous osso buco, which has always been on the menu!
