The Baleares offers international cuisine with Mediterranean flavors. It was created inhonor of the Spaniard Bartolomé Meliá, from Mallorca, who in 1895 opened his first restaurant in the Meliá Hotel, which has become the oldest in Puerto Rico. In a refined and stylized setting, you will taste a demanding gastronomic cuisine. The dinners are classy, the plates are well presented, the ingredients are of high quality, the recipes are well executed. However, the bill remains a bit... salty.
