Alexandra is not only the best restaurant in Guanica, it is one of the best addresses on the South Coast of the island. Located in the Copamarina Beach Resort, the restaurant is open to all. The chef is very creative and likes to propose recipes that combine local culinary tradition with international flavors. The risotto is particularly delicious. Sweet and sour lovers will appreciate the introduction of pineapple in some dishes. It should be noted, however, that this is the room of a large hotel, so you will have little privacy.
