This small museum, housed in a historic building (a former administrative trading center in the port of Arroyo), houses the city's main attraction, the first telegraphs. There are two permanent exhibits that may interest you. One displays photos of the arrival of the North Americans in Arroyo in 1898. The other displays personal items belonging to the family of Samuel F. B. Morse, including the table used to send Puerto Rico's first telegraph message from the hacienda La Enriqueta in Arroyo.
