You don't have to be in Mayagüez for very long to hear about this pastry shop, the largest and most famous in the city. The address is ideal to fill a small hunger. The specialty of the house is either flan or cinnamon pastries. Ricomini also makes the best Brazo Gitano in Puerto Rico, a rolled cake filled with coffee cream or guava jam, among other flavors.
