The site allows you to plunge into a not so distant past, when the Taino Indians populated the Borinquen lands alone. Here you can see playgrounds probably built by the Tainos in the 13th century, monoliths and petroglyphs made by the natives. A museum is also open, exhibiting tools and handicrafts from the pre-Columbian era. Nearby is the Cemi mountain, which the Tainos considered to be the home of their gods.
