The Spotlight.
BIQUET Plage is the place to be in Leucate! For lunch, enjoy wood-grilled fish and shellfish in a variety of dishes, all accompanied by regional wines. This is followed by an afternoon on the beach, then the atmosphere rises to a crescendo in the late afternoon with Fabrice Mignot's gourmet cuisine: oysters from neighboring oyster farmers, grilled lobsters, cuts of meat, Spanish-style arroz... The night ends on the dancefloor, with a DJ at the turntables from 10.30pm.

La cuisine excellente. Le bar était délicieux et l'agneau aussi.

Plateau de mezze original, les moules en pikkles parfaites, le thon qui s'accorde à ravir avec son sorbet aux pommes, mais surtout la tartelette de gravelax de daurade d'une fraîcheur succulente. Bref une recherche de mariages constants jusqu'au dessert: bravo au chef Mignot. Un personnel tres sympathique et de tres bon conseil. A ne surtout pas rater si vous passez dans la region. Cadre en bord de mer superbe.
Juste bien pour finir la soirée et aller boire un verre.
