Throughout the meal, Sylvain, the husband, makes sure you're happy to be there and fully appreciate the succulent dishes created by his wife Anna in the kitchen. At each meal, only 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts, changing daily, are offered, depending on the season, the market, and the local catch, guaranteeing freshness. As the chef only offers homemade dishes, her sauces are divinely good, and her desserts are resolutely gourmet - a real treat!
