Restaurant offering an evolving menu in a jazzy atmosphere in Sables-d'Or-les-Pins.
Located in the heart of the Hotel de Diane, 1925 is a restaurant open to all. Do not hesitate to push the door of this beautiful establishment, masterpiece of art deco to enjoy the jazzy atmosphere and the cooking of the chef Cédric Menguy. Here we make it a point of honor to work in short circuit, with seasonal products, and to propose an evolving menu. The dishes are made with products from oyster farmers, fishmongers and organic market gardeners from Erquy (it couldn't be more local). In the plate, the products are sublimated without never being denatured. Delicious!
