The lunch at Le Farcon was my best meal in Courchevel during my week long stay there. We went with the 3 course menu (€68) as with the amuse bouche, bread and petit fours, it sort of becomes like a 6-7 course meal which can be quite heavy for lunch. There are menus with higher number of courses too if you want that.
The dishes were absolutely exemplary and the presentation was exquisite. Every dish brought a different flavour to the taste buds. We liked every single item and it’s very hard to choose which was the best. We also ordered some champagne and wine which the restaurant has a very good collection of.
Service was excellent. The restaurant also kindly catered to my personal allergies by replacing a particular dish with an alternate.
Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant and a must visit in my opinion if you’re in Courchevel
